EHOVE team takes First Place again at High School Nationals |

 EHOVE Career Center students earned enough points to take First Place
among more than 100 high schools at the May 10 AC Delco High School
Nationals, held at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk . This is the
sixth time EHOVE has earned first place at the contest, winning the
team racing competition.
Making it to the Second Round was Noah Seiling, Edison: Third Round:
Clayton McMurray , Danbury , and Paul Bansek , Edison;Fourth Round:
Clint Nickoli, St. Paul .

Northern Ohio Youth Orchestra Visits Woodlands |

Over thirty members of the Symphonetta Ensemble of Northern Ohio Youth
Orchestra from Oberlin, Ohio performed at Woodlands Elementary School
on Wednesday, April 16. Under the direction of Dr. Joanne Erwin, the
orchestra performed a variety of pieces ranging from a selection from
the opera, Carmen, to an overture from The Wizard of Oz. Dr. Erwin is a
Professor of Music Education at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. The
students in the orchestra include youth in grades 5-8 from all over
northern Ohio.

Woodlands Second Grade Musical A Joy |

On Thursday and Friday, April 10 and 11, the second grade classes at
Woodlands Elementary School performed their rendition of "E-I-E-I
Oops!" under the direction of music teacher, Mrs. Victoria Meadows.
Thursday's performance was given for the student body at Woodlands,
while the Friday performance was for parents and other special guests.
