On September 8th, 2007 Dr. John P. Heilman, D.C. participated in a seminar in Columbus, OH, regarding the Meridian Response Technique. The technique utilizes meridians of the human body when formulating nutritional protocols to treat wide variety of ailments. Dr. Heilman received 12 credit hours of continuing education from the State of Ohio in connection with his chiropractic license renewal.

Unfortunately, the need to save more, spend less and manage the use of each dollar is more relevant today for people age 60+, than it is 10 years ago. Our economy is changing and so is the cost of being a retired person. The expense of household utilities, gasoline, Medicare and food is rising. Large employers are dropping the healthcare benefits that were once provided to their retirees, and low to moderate income older adults are borrowing against their social security check to payday loan "stores" that have them forever trapped in this high interest borrowing system.
