Earth Day at Erie MetroParks |

 What a great day it was at Osborn Park on Earth Day! Kalahari, Barnes Nursery and Erie MetroParks employees teamed up with about 90 local Brownies and Girl Scouts to celebrate Earth Day by planting six native trees, donated by Barnes Nursery. Participants in this great event to promote recycling and protecting the environment, which was made possible by Kalahari Resort's initiative and leadership, and Barnes Nursery's tree donations, also started a trail through Osborn Park's new Children's Forest.
